These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of an engagement: work we do for a client is governed by a signed agreement, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

What this site is
This site describes what we do. It is not an offer, and nothing on it commits us to accept a client, a project or a meeting. We keep it accurate; we do not warrant that it is complete or free of error.
We publish no product specifications, screenshots or client names. A meeting request is how you ask to see more, and we may decline it without giving a reason.
Sending us something
Tell us the truth about who you are, and do not submit a request on behalf of an organisation you are not entitled to represent. Do not use our forms for anything unlawful, abusive or automated in bulk.
Do not send confidential material through these forms. There is no agreement in place yet that would protect it.
Our content
The text, design and code of this site belong to DeKrypt B.V. You may read it, quote it with attribution and link to it. You may not republish it as your own or scrape it to train a model.
Liability
We are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, except where it is caused by our intent or gross negligence, and except where Dutch law does not permit the exclusion. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury.
Law and jurisdiction
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam.
